Random Tandem

I really love peter pan collars. I looked them up one morning while I was feeding Scarlett and found this gem.

 I never have everything for a craft, so I decided it must be fate and I should try making me a peter pan necklace. It took me several tries to get the right silhouette. Even now I wish it had a slightly different shape. Oh well. 
I traced the silhouette onto a firm piece of felt. I only had white pearls, so gluing white felt on top seemed like a good idea because the black would be showing through.

These are Scarlett's blessing shoes. They were actually her cousin Sydney's blessing shoes, but I decided to revamp them just a little bit and make them her own. They weren't bad before, but I follow Folly Parade on Instagram and just LOVE their shoes. It would be fun to make shoes. 

 We went on two walks this week. The days weren't that warm, but I wanted to start 10k training. Also, I'm sick of taking pills! Maybe if I am outside more I won't have to take Vitamin D. 

We have so much fun with Scarlett. Her new thing is to stick her tongue out when she smiles. She is smiling so much these days! We can't wait until she laughs while awake. She laughed for like a minute straight this morning while I was feeding her, but she was not fully awake. 
She is growing so fast! I wish it would stop, but at the same time, we are loving watching her learn and grown. 

Apparently she has camera fright because every time I would put my phone down, she would smile and start babbling. But every time my phone was up she wouldn't do much. Silly gal.
