I know I am becoming the owl lady... but they are just too cute!
I bought this owl at the DI (Deseret Industries) for $3.
Before
{he was pretty ugly before, not going to lie!}
Progress (before sanding and staining)
I painted him with Krylon Blue Ocean Breeze.

I decided to try a rustic-looking owl even though the thought of trying scared me. I sanded him with a piece of sand paper and rubbed on some Ebony {Minwax wood stain}
After
Westy bought me this owl at an auction that he frequently goes to. He is made out of natural material and he even smells SO good.
I really am becoming an owl lady! -but I like it
{like Grandma P with her frogs!}

I can't find ANY owls in Atlanta! I love this collection you're building.
I'm into Owl fabric right now- darling stuff. I love how daring you are with paint- you're just awesome! Can't wait to see the finished kitchen cabinet project.
Lovely makeover... The owl made from natural wood looks soo original and beautiful !!
